I did some research on google. Surprisingly I found not a single article could give a simple answer. So I solved it myself.
Problem:
To import my old mail from Microsoft Outlook/Outlook Express to Apple Mail.
Constraint:
No Microsoft software on Mac, no registration fee for stupid sharewares.
Solution:
The problem is essentially a format conversion from .pst to .mbox. So it reduces to find a free format converter. Turns out Mozilla ThurderBird is a Windows-friendly, free-spirit, *nix-rooted mail client, which serves as a wonderful .pst to .mbox converter. Done.
